Outlining the process and how we will deal with your case

When we require medical advice or treatment, we have to trust that the professionals in charge will ensure we receive optimum care.

    1

After your initial instructions, we will assess the case for strengths and weaknesses.
    2

We then review whether you have Legal Expenses Insurance or not and proceed to sign the Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) of ‘No win, No fee’.
    3

We then determine whether you have a case to pursue and obtain your medical records and an experts report as well as.
    4

A letter of claim is prepared and sent.
    5

We will attempt to settle the case, failing which, court proceedings will be issued.

Start your claim by filling in our simple form, or if you’d prefer to talk it through with us, give us a call on 0300 303 3634 and we’ll be happy to help.
